Tom Hardy Faces a World on Fire in ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ First Trailer

Thirty years after the original trilogy, the first trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road returns viewers to the post-apocalyptic wasteland of earlier films. Tom Hardy plays the eponymous Mad Max, a role first made famous by Mel Gibson in 1979. The fourth film is directed, produced and co-written by franchise creator George Miller, and also stars Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and Zoë Kravitz. It’s set to arrive in theaters on May 15, 2015.

‘Arrow’ Season 3 Trailer Reveals New Villain

A new extended trailer for season 3 of Arrow reveals Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will soon go up against Ra’s al Ghul, one of DC’s most notorious villains. The character is only glimpsed in a few mysterious shots, along with voiceover from past seasons, but casting is currently underway to fill the part. He’ll first appear early in the third season, though the exact episode is still unknown. The drama returns to The CW on Oct 8. [YouTube]

Director Zack Snyder has released a first look at Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman from Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. The Amazon Warrior Princess stands strong, proud and ready for battle, surrounded by a harsh volcanic environment. Her leather costume is missing its usual bright patriotic colors, but more closely mirrors the subdued look of Batman from recent photos. The film hits theaters on May 6, 2016. [Twitter]
