Kris Lemche To Star In ‘Tales From the Darkside’ CW Pilot

Ginger Snaps star Kris Lemche will return to his horror roots on The CW’s drama pilot Tales From the Darkside. The remake of the ’80s horror anthology series follows a tortured young man named Newman (Lemche) as he guides people experiencing terrifying events connected to a plane of existence known as The Darkside. Sure, ev’ry guy here’d love to be you, Gaston! But Luke Evans may have already nabbed the lead role in Disney’s live-action retelling of Beauty and the Beast opposite Emma Watson. The Dracula Untold actor is reportedly in negotiations to play Gaston, the handsome fella from the animated feature who tried to woo Belle before going after the Beast.
