I still haven’t watched all those movies, but I was very disappointed with The Avengers, which probably makes me the one person on Earth who didn’t like it. I don’t really know why, but I found the story kind of weak and boring, but maily I think Loki is not a good villain, he’s poorly developped and his motivations just make me not care for anything else.

I also don’t watch any of your top tv shows this year, although Sherlock and Suits are on my list of shows I want to give a try. And that New Girl episode was one of my favorites too. I don’t know if it would be on my top 5, I haven’t even dared to try to narrow down all the eps I watched this year, but it’s definitely one of my favorites of that show. ;)

This is a great list! I’m looking forward to a lot of these shows too. I am DEFINITELY planning to watch Nashville. One of my Dish co-workers got me into Friday Night Lights ages ago and I have been her loyal subject ever since. I’m not even into country music, but this show still looks awesome. I’m pretty sad I won’t be home to watch it all season, but I’m grateful my Hopper will record it for me to enjoy the minute I get home. October 10 can’t get here soon enough for me!

They can obviously do “ship in a bottle” episodes to save money. :) Trek was known for that kind of creative budgeting.

I want a new Trek series too. Sometimes I wonder if CW would be up for doing an Academy series. Hard to figure out what network would want a Trek series.

Last Resort really reminded me of Star Trek when they were on the sub. It just made me want a new Star Trek series even more.

I liked what I saw of the Last Resort preview in a sorta action movie kind of “like.” It was probably better than Battleship and that was a movie! :)
