Review: If I told you that, I’d have to kill you.

When other shows do a Halloween episode, it’s usually just a standalone episode designed to be festive and fun. But when Pretty Little Liars does a Halloween episode, it not only manages to do both those things but also be an exciting mystery-driven prequel.

It was one thing when ‘A’ was just harassing four teenage girls. Or when ‘A’ killed Jason, who everyone thought was a murderer anyway, and made it look like a suicide. But with a great blend of mystery and suspense this week, things just got a little more real on Pretty Little Liars.

In “I Must Confess,” Emily has reached her limit with ‘A,’ and they all decide to tell their therapist everything, albeit with dangerous consequences. The doctor may now be out as a result, but A is most definitely on her way back in. (more…)
